Havila Properties & Investments builds on the legacy of the Compagnie Financière Saint Germain Group, founded in 1987, while embodying a major strategic evolution in its economic model and international positioning.

Historically active as an advisor, broker, and facilitator, Havila Properties & Investments has undertaken a decisive and structured transition toward a principal role, particularly in international trading, with a strong focus on commodities, precious metals, and foremost gold.
This strategic shift reflects a clear ambition: to strengthen operational control, capture a more direct share of value creation, and establish a long-term presence at the core of international supply chains.

A Structured International Organization
Today, Havila Properties & Investments’ operational activities are carried out through three operating entities, all controlled by a Swiss-law holding company, itself wholly owned by Havila Properties & Investments UK:
• one company based in Kenya,
• two companies based in Dubai.
These three entities have received a combined capital injection equivalent, in their respective local currencies, to ten million Sterling Pounds.
This organizational structure reflects a significant change in scale and scope, both geographically and economically, and lays the foundation for the deployment of new, capital-intensive business lines.

Strengthened Equity Base and Shareholder Stability
This change in business model has been accompanied by a substantial reinforcement of equity, made possible in particular by the resolution of a long-standing dispute, settled through international arbitration.
The inflow of dedicated permanent capital represents a key milestone in the company’s development. As of early 2026, each of the three operating companies was thus endowed with ten million Sterling Pounds in equity capital.

A Structuring Investment in Property Development and Historic Real Estate (in France and Portugal)
In parallel, and taking into account prior commitments whose execution had been deferred in a persistently adverse environment, Havila Properties & Investments initiated, in early 2026, an investment of approximately ten million euros in a real estate group, becoming one of its two reference shareholders.
This group carries, directly or indirectly, development projects representing approximately 1.5 billion euros in aggregate business volume over three years, with banking requirements already secured.
Havila Properties & Investments considers that market downturns, by their very nature temporary, represent windows of opportunity that would be regrettable not to seize.

Havila Properties & Investments’ strategy is founded on a more balanced and responsible approach to the value creation chain, based on close collaboration with all stakeholders involved in sourcing and execution.
New operations are undertaken alongside strategic financial, technical, and operational partnerships with British and Emirati groups boasting over twenty-five years of proven operational track records.
